In 2001, I bought my first SeMp in the Turks and Caicos Islands at the hotel jewelry store and had it down on a dive to 112' a few hours later. I even got a nice big scuff on the deployant clasp climbing the ladder back into the dive boat in rough seas. Just shrugged it off and figured I broke it in right. Ihave logged many more dives with it and spent many days swimming, etc with it on.
Scuffs and scratches just add character to a "working" watch.
