That's a good one, my friend. I post to impress no one except to understand the situation better and to try to help others and by that, further my own knowledge.
I agree that the US Service seems to be lacking, to say the least. You won't find me argue against that one little bit - if that's what you are referring to, then I wholeheartedly agree with you!
However, I believe (from reading, not from personal experience yet) that the Swiss service is quite excellent. I hear so many good things about the Switzerland shop that I will definitely pay the extra postage and time to get it there instead of the US.
I'll have to take you on your word comparing Tag and Omega with regards to service since I haven't investigated it myself. Is that overall or just the US Omega service?
