I wrote to Omega asking them to confirm/clarify how and on what basis they would provide me with COSC's for my watches and this is what they had to say (just FYR):

We shall gladly provide the official COSC certificate for your OMEGA watch, upon receipt of a copy of the OMEGA international warranty card, which must be dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official OMEGA dealer.

I also wrote to ask them for the background to the 'new' engraving on the back of recent SMP's (the 3 globe circling Omega logos - see separate topic) and they advised that their product department would be in touch to explain. I'll post once I receive anything.
