How to obtain COSC from Omega

I wrote to Omega asking them to confirm/clarify how and on what basis they would provide me with COSC's for my watches and this is what they had to say (just FYR):

QTE
We shall gladly provide the official COSC certificate for your OMEGA watch, upon receipt of a copy of the OMEGA international warranty card, which must be dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official OMEGA dealer.

You can send or fax us the copy of your warranty card at the following address:

OMEGA Ltd
Customer Service
Rue Staempfli 96
2500 Bienne 4
Switzerland

Fax. +41 32 / 343 98 55
END QTE

I also wrote to ask them for the background to the 'new' engraving on the back of recent SMP's (the 3 globe circling Omega logos - see separate topic) and they advised that their product department would be in touch to explain. I'll post once I receive anything.

Ciao fer niao
