the only answers I have received was for some general questions I had about their products and services.
I mentioned about Zenith and Seiko and how they have their video available about their production process, and asked them if Omega has anything like that available. but they didn't even mention about this question in their reply as I didn't even ask them this.... so I am guessing that they don't have anything available concerning their production process. it would be cool though if they did!
