I have a confirmation. Omega did move the deadline for entering their James Bond 'The World Is Not Enough' contest from the end of January to the end of February.
This was because the new James Bond film would not have been released in two countries before the original contest deadline. Japan (an especially large and important market for Omega) does not get to see the movie until February 12 and Bulgaria not until February 25.
So the contest deadline was moved to allow fans in these countries to still have an opportunity to participate in the contest after seeing the film.
