My watch history is much shorter. Wore a $100 swatch see through auto for years. Liked it a lot ;). Recently started thinking about getting a nice watch thought about Tag, Baume, and Omega. Truthfully if I had never started looking on line and found this site and Timezone I might have ended up with a Tag and I'd be kicking myself right now for it.
Purchased an SMP back in December and I wear it everyday. It will prob be a long while before I make another watch purchase. Maybe I'll look at Rolex though maybe not considering the high price and questionably higher quality. Who knows that Seamaster AT is pretty nice too.
One last thing I recently won a watch. The Brand is called Elini. It's no omega but it retails for $450 so hey I'm happy. I must have gone to their web site months ago and entered a contest. I hardly remember doing it but a few weeks ago I got a package in the mail with a letter saying I was one of 35 winners out of 40,000 entrants. Man where was I when Omega was having their Bond contest;) So I wear it whenever I want to keep my Omega safely at home.
