It's not Limited Edition. It's the standard Edition, and he even got the model number wrong. Model number on that is 2234.50.00 and has the new "Speedy" style bracelet, which has been the standard now for more than a year (longer than that outside of the US). 2534.50.00 had the "Bond" style bracelet with the single button sliding clasp.
All black dial GMTs have had the 50 YEARS inscription on the caseback. The White GMT does not. 50 YEARS refers to the 50th Anniversary of the Seamaster in 1998, when the Seamaster GMT (Black Dial) was released. It retails for $1995 for another 4 days, when it goes up to $2195.
The seller is misrepresenting his watch, though it appears to be a genuine Omega Seamaster GMT. Fakes are getting so good these days, considering the misrepresentaion of this watch, I would steer clear of it.
BTW - There is a new Seamaster James Bond Co-Axial GMT to be released this year.
