I don't think they are in the same price range. Majority of the Tag Heuers are of the same price range as that of Omega's SMP Bond Edition. SMP Bond Editon is one of the more affordable Omegas especially if you purcdhase the quartz model.
In terms of prestige, no comparison at all. It's like comnparing a 5 series BMW with a Toyota Corolla. Omega's history goes a long way.
