Changing quartz battery on SMP

I bought the "Bond" SMP about three years ago on ashford.com, back when they weren't buffing out serial numbers. It's due to have a battery change early next year.

I want to get it done by an omega certified service center... how much can I expect to pay? (I live in NY)

And will they hassle me as I did not buy it from an authorized dealer? The only thing that didn't come with the box was a warranty card.
