It is likely either an old fake OMEGA from the 1970s *or* a genuine OMEGA watch that died and the movement, hands and back have been replaced with generic parts.

Also, looks like it had an integrated bracelet, so you are at a dead end on even being able to wear it. If that is a genunine OMEGA case, a replacement bracelet will likely cost you a couple of hundred dollars.

Your watch is so far from being a complete or genuine OMEGA that I don't see what we can do to help you. It is basically a valueless collection of scrap parts.
