would be my brother-in-law. I'll tell ya' this though; I'd get more fun and enjoyment out of a chrono, than my HEV or 300m depth rating on my SMP, or the second timezone hand on my GMT.
I don't collect watches because they're 'useful'. Hell, I don't even care what time it is most of the time (no pun intended). It's all about the fun, and the horological significance. We can't all be astronaut's or James Bond, so some of us try to get as close to that as we can.
Chuck Maddox is one of the most respected watch forum members around, and owns over fifty chrongraphs!! Maybe we should ask him.
