No, since the Seamaster is a very modern watch it's okay to turn it back one hour in the fall when we go back to standard time, but you don't want to turn it back across midnight to avoid confusing the date change mechanism. Just set it back at, say, 10PM to 9PM. You won't harm the watch in any way by doing this. I have done this on my SMP 2531.80 several times and have had no problems.
