I have one -- hate it...

: I picked this up today at the Bombay Co. in
: the mall. The "Watch Valet", $39.95,

I have one. The box itself seems nice. But the design is severely flawed. It doesn't work for bigger watches. The spacing on the slots is too cramped to allow watches like a full-size SMP to fit reasonably near anything else. If a bigger watch is on the outer slots on the right, theirr crowns may interfere with closing the lid. Plus the clearance under the lid is too small so that watches on stiff straps stick up enough that they hit the lid when closed.

Nice idea. They just mucked it up by scaling it for the smaller 36mm mens watches that the people in its country of origin wear -- not the larger 38-41mm manly watches worn in US and Europe!
