I bought a relatively inexpensive Japanese watch from them last fall. They confirmed my order and delivery by e-mail and the watch arrived promptly. It appeared to have all the papers w/ it and I got a great price.
I would say this about buying on the web or over the phone.
1) Call them and talk to someone
2) Confirm item is in stock
3) Confirm date of shipment
4) Confirm amount to be billed your CC
5) Request e-mail confirmation
If you don't, many mail merchants will bill your card and back order your item for delivery whenever.
