Aqua Terra vs. DeVille

I have finally narrowed down my choices for my next Omega, and I wanted to ask for some feedback from the great minds on this forum. I'm trying to decide between a 38mm Aqua Terra with a white dial and blue hands on a bracelet and a DeVille on a bracelet with a white face (no chronograph or power reserve features).

I want a real dressy looking watch that I can wear with practically any color suit or a tux. A stainless steel bracelet with a white face goes with anything, hence my color choices. Since both watches have the same Co-Axial movement, I'm trying to justify the significant additional cost of the DeVille. Correct me if I'm wrong on the new prices, but I belive the DeVille is $3995 and the Aqua Terra is $2595.

I LOVE the DeVille's very distinct bracelet, but is that what I'm paying the extra $1400 for? As Derek has often said, most of what you pay for in a watch is jewelry value, so I'm wondering what extra "jewelry value" the DeVille has to make it worth the extra money. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
