Yeah, I bought a 2561.80 from Ashford last year. I also bought several other expensive christmas gifts from them. I have had no problems and would buy from them again. Remember, unlike other online watch sellers, Ashford is a public company. If they had poor customer service, their stock would go down.
My watch came "new in box" with an Ashford warranty card signed by an Ashford watchmaker. The serial number is intact and the watch had a little red dot of paint on the case back demonstrating that it had not been opened since leaving the factory.
Just remember that the trade off for the cheaper price is that the Omega 1 yr. warranty is not in force. Instead, Ashford covers it with an in-house 3 yr. warranty.
No, I don't work for them.
