This has come up many times. Try searching the forum back 12 months or more for 'scratches' -- I think you'll see a number of recommendations.
Normally, on something asked this often, I would put an article on the OMEGA ZONE on it. But as any home-remedy technique for fixing this has major potential to ruin the finish on a watch -- I won't 'officially' recommend a solution.
But I myself very carefully use a 3M ScotchBrite pad (the green one) on JUST the brushed finished surfaces of the clasp.
