No. The crystals are NOT interchangable between the two.
Also understand that even if it were possible, replacement sapphire crystals can cost $300-400. So you would be better off to sell the Moonwatch you have and buy a used 3573.50 to get where you want to be.

Yes. That's by far the easiest and cheapest.
