Hi,
I have a midsize Blue Seamaster, James Bond edition automatic, about 6 months old and yesterday it just stopped ticking. I tried to shake it and manually wind it but to no avail. I wear it 7 days a week so it's gets plenty of movement. When I tried to turn the bezel and set the time forward, it would take a few turns, then jump 5 minutes. It would go smoothly turning the time backwards though. Now, after I did that, turning the bezel, the time moves smoothly forward as well without jumping 5 minutes at a time. I took it back to an authorized dealer and they claim since it's under warranty, they cannot open it or it will void it. They say it has to be sent back to Omega and will take a 4 week turnaround time.
Are there any other options? Anyone know what's wrong?
Thanks
