No way. Electronic and quartz watches didn't even exist in the late 50's. The first consumer electronic watches came out in 1969. The OMEGA f300 series was from the early 70's.
Best to contact OMEGA with your exact serial number to be sure you are getting the right battery for that wacth. Contact them throught he contact form on their website at www.omegawatches.com.
