I have an automatic, chronometer Omega Constellation. I found my watch running a bit slow every day and checking this forum, it looks like I found the cause to be a 'power starved' watch... Now that I wind it each day it keeps perfect time.
However, can my watch be over-wound? I don't want to damage it. I couldn't find anything in the book or on Omega's website about overwinding... How many turns should I give the crown? Could I break it or wear it down by giving it one too many?
