It doesn't matter whether the gray market dealer includes their own warranty or all of the appropriate paperwork. When you buy from an authorized dealer you get Omega's factory warranty and the peace of mind that comes along with it. Plus, you know where the watch came from. And, as Keith pointed out, most gray market dealers aren't any cheaper than the cheapest authorized dealers. I would NEVER EVER consider a gray market dealer as long as cheap authorized dealers are still around.
