Actually, I own the same SMP, so I know the feeling you have with the watch! I love it.

The Aerospace is a nice watch too: itīs made of Titanium, has a nice LCD display and has the thermo-compensated superquartz movement (but does this really matter?)
I was surprised that you didnīt see more Breitlings in the air. (B1, Emergency, Aerospace) Breitling claims that these are the watches for pilots who take themselves seriously.
I think itīs really funny that a dive watch is used in the air!
The conclusion must be that the SMP is THE watch for any purpose. (of course NOT if you want to visit the moon, as we all know)
