Looks beautiful. I am a big fan of black-dial watches.
But for price comparison, artoftime.com has two similar pieces -- but they are gold topped, not just all steel -- and they are asking $550 for them. So I'd offer more like $475 for an all steel one like that.
It is the pie-pan dial versions of that watch which are worth more. The flat dial ones are great but just don't command as high a price because they are not rare and not as collected as the pie-pan versions.
