Hi,
I couldn't find detailed information on this from the site about servicing your Omega. I have a Omega seamaster Pro 2598.80. It's running about 10 seconds slow. I haven't had it services and am interested in getting a full maintenance service.
Has anyone service their Omega? I'm interested in getting mine serviced. Where, how, expectations, turnaround time, questions to ask, cost, etc. related to servicing your watch.
I know what's involved in a full maintenance service based on Omega website.
Do I ship my watch with the orginal packaging (eg. red box) and will I get it back that way? Do I send it to switzerland or can I send it to the swatch place service center in PA, US? Will they repair in house or send to Switzerland?
Anyone with experience... Thank you.
