Clearly not original.
If you look close, those numbers are not in the right typeface and are actually so big they are cut off at the top and bottom! That bezel also lacks the triangular marker with glowing dot at 12.
Probably someone scratched up the bezel and had a generic bezel insert cut to fit as a cheapie replacement.
I certainly wouldn't touch a watch that someone has repaired with clearly non-OMEGA parts. Who knows what other inappropriate repairs might have been done to it.
