Concerned, no, unless it suddenly jumps again.

But if it continues like this, you might find a local OMEGA-competent watch repairer to give it a simple regulation to improve the accuracy. They can also check for any possible trouble (unlikely though) and to see if exposure to a magnetic field might be a contributing factor. A watch that got magnetized can run unexpectedly fast or slow -- it makes the parts move funny through magnetic attraction or repulsion.
