The design details and quality between the two bracelets are the same. The reason for the switch to the "Speedy" bracelet was to unify the Sports Lines. The Seamaster and Speedmaster are both Sport watches.
I prefer the new bracelet on the Black/Black Seamaster Pro. I think it looks more... sporty. I think you are way off base by calling it a "Girly Man" clasp, just because it's 2mm narrower. Some would argue (not me) that the "Bond" bracelet is the "girly man" bracelet because of more complex decoration.
It's fine to have your opinion about which one you like, but to go much farther is overstating the difference In My Opinion.
