There are actually many glaring differences- the band is too slim, the blue is not the right shade, and it doesn't have the wave pattern, and the hands and markers are not in the right proportions. The movement could be good for a few years, but japanese automatics are never that reliable. You should use your money to get a nice Tissot or Swiss Army, and get the real Omega when you can.
