Buying a pice of crap just because it resembles something more expensive is a waste of money. Trying to impress people with fake is a fools game -- the only people you would impress are those too clueless to realize you are conning them. The majority of people won't notice and the few that do and know will immediately tag you as a wannabe.
So spend what money you have for a watch purchase WISELY and buy a reputable brand you *can* afford. If you can't buy a big name brand, then buy something with an interesting style. You may not impress the clueless as much, but you will be more likely to make a positive (or at least not a negative) impression to the people who truly count.
