I received my 38mm Aqua Terra back in the beginning of March, and the accuracy has varied between +0 sec per day over a week, or -1minute over several weeks due to lack of winding for not wearing it on weekends. I have found that the best position for my watch at night is crown up, and it will gain/lose very little time over night. For the most part, my watch is very accurate. I would be interested to see what your observations are in a few months.
As far as wrist size, my wrist is only 1/4" larger than yours in circumference. I think that mine looks fine on me. I swapped watches with a friend at work over the course of a brief conversation about watches (he wears a 34mm Rolex Date) and the first thing that I thought was that it looked like a GIRLYMAN'S watch. It sounds like you picked the right size, but as was previously stated. You are the last word on this, so as long as you feel good about your watch and it's size, your're good to go.
: Remember, there are only foolish answers.
: Your watch is running better than +2.5
: secs/day, which is well within its
: specifications. No need to worry.
: I think that's perfectly fine. You'll find in
: this forum that people with the same size
: wrist as yours are very happy with watches
: that are even larger than yours. The
: ultimate judge is you, if your watch feels
: comfortable for you, then it is a fit.
: Based on your 6.5" wrist, I would trust
: your friends' opinion :-) But don't forget,
: you are the ultimate referee.
