pre-Bond model number *PIC*

Does Derek or any of the other wise men know what the correct Omega model reference number is for my pre-Bond (second generation) full-size quartz SMP?

A local watch repair man wants to know so that he can order the correct overhaul gaskets, etc., from Omega.
