Omega Seamaster 300

I have an Omega Seamaster 300 case ref # ST14755 with a caliber 552 movement # 19603791
The watch is in great condition with a good factory stainless braclet only missing the narrow bezel insert. I sent it to Switzerland to have only the bezel repaired and they have replied as follows...needs cleaning , bezel exchange, braclet rework, maintenance service , etc. They will repair all or none of it for 539.07 US
My question is ? Is the watch worth the repair? I think it was sent to the US Army in 1963, keeps great time and is in overall great condition (just missing the black bezel insert) Any info would be great! Thanks, Phil
