Greetings everyone , question...... my friend has an SMP/Blue/Quartz with the original style band (5 link) type, that keeps on breaking its first pin off. This has happened 3 times, always the same pin. Our local OMEGA dealer charges him $20 a shot for replacing the pin each time. I told him to demand a new band since the first pin broke while still under warranty. Is this a problem with this band ? My 2254.50 has a different band with no problems , however his has fallen off his wrist 3 times , it will only take 1 drop to put it out of action .What do you think ?
