: Sure. OMEGA even sells the AT on alligator
: straps with deployant buckles.
: The original combo from OMEGA is pricey --
: about $160 for the strap itself and another
: $100 or so for the deployant buckle.
: But any nice strap in the correct width can be
: put on the AT. The 38mm AT takes a 20mm
: strap. Pretty sure the 41mm also takes 20mm
: strap and the 36mm AT takes an 18mm -- but
: check to be sure before buying. Best to get
: one that is about 5mm thick to look right.
Thanks for the quick response.
All morning long I have been thinking about this, and I am seriously considering taking this watch back and getting the auto AT with that comes witht the brown leather strap. I was turned off of autos for a while, but am seriously thinking of going back.
Just called my local dealer, Jareds Jeweler, and the bad news is that unless one of their other stores has one in stock, they will have to order me one, and that takes about 6 weeks. :-((
I could always just take the watch back, get a refund and find a store that stocks what I want.
Thanks for the response again.
