My wife bought me a Seamaster Pro Automatic about 18 months ago. And recently it has been stopping even while I am wearing it. I understand if I do not wear it, it will stop after a period of time.
However this has happened about 3 times over the past two weeks. Today though when I noticed it stopped I went to reset the time and I was unable to screw the crown back in, and it is making a clunking noise when i shake it (different from the normal sound you hear).
Now my question is, is the watch still under warrenty? If so how do I send it in for repair? I read the warrenty in the manual stated that it needed a "dated warrenty" card, however I do not have that. I do have an 8 digit serial number on the 7 lug of the watch though.
Thanks
Jeff
