If you don't have a warranty card properly filled out by an authorized dealer -- then you do not have a valid factory warranty. So OMEGA will not repair the watch except at your expense.
Also, depending on exactly when you bought the watch, it may have only had a one year factory warranty anyway. I believe OMEGA has recently changed that to two years.
Where did you buy the watch? Possibly the dealer you bought it from will do the warranty work for you.
