Since this is the 35th anniversary of the Apollo XI launch, I found this picture on NASA's site, that shows John Young, captain of the Apollo 16 wearing his Speedmaster on the moon. I have not seen any references to this picture before. You'll have to zoom in on his wrist, and the watch clearly shows the time. According to the site, it shows Houston time (1:21), and correlates perfectly with the transcript.
