Two bothersome issues with my Omega watch.

I hope someone can provide me with the answers I'm looking for concerning two bothersome issues with my Omega Seamaster 300M quartz watch. First is that I've noticed that the second-hand doesn't hit the marks exactly when it goes around the face which is bothersome to me. I own a Seiko quartz watch and I've noticed that the second-hand hits the marks exactly when it goes around the face. Can explain this phenomenon? I've spoken to the watch dealer and he showed me the watches on display and they all seemed to be doing this, i.e. the second-hand not hitting the mark(s) exactly. I've spoken to officials at the company headquarters in the US, and they've assured me that it's perfectly okay and that I shouldn't worry but I still do. A second issue is that I often hear a minute clicking sound within the clasp when the watch is being worn which I have been told is normal but it bothers me especially when I move my arm in a quiet place like a library as others that are close by can hear it. I know that I wear the watch a little tight on around my arm so I've been told that that could be the cause since as I have been told that it's so tight that I can't slip a finger under the bracelet while it's being worn. Should I worry about these details?
