If you just bought it within the past few days, and it's exhibited this behavior from the start, I think you should take it back to the Dealer and ask him for an exchange. I know in such cases, my Dealer will do it, and send the "defective" watch back to Omega to deal with. If you've had it for weeks or months, the dealer probably won't do that for you, in which case, I would send it to Bienne for warranty repair.
