: I always get 20% off of list.
: It seems that for Omega's and especially Tags,

Not true. I know of two very reputable authorized dealers who will give in excess of 30% off MSRP. These dealers have been in business for a long time.

: If a dealer wants to give me more than 20% off
: of the price, I get suspicious that they are
: dealing gray.

Again, not true. As long as they are an authorized dealer, they have no reason to deal in gray market watches. When you buy the watch from them they will stamp the warranty card, which validates the Omega factory warranty. By contrast, gray market dealers often don't give you any cards or paperwork, and often they remove the serial number from the watch. Further, they use their own repair people to handle warranty issues, not the Omega factory. Authorized dealers simply have no reason to deal in gray market watches.
