Well, I went to the dealership asking for an exchange, there response: We have to send it to New York for evaluation, if they see a design flaw, they will send a new SeaMaster Pro, if it is not, they will fix it, as Bienne cannot fix this type of watch, as it is made for the U.S. Market. I asked to bypass New York, and they said they only fix vintage time pieces, and european models, not U.S. Models. I am still waiting for a reply from omega, it has been two day now since I e-mailed them. I don't really have any recourse but to send it off to New York and hope for the best. They assured me that the technicians there were trained in Switzerland by Omega. I have had this watch for ten days, and now I will not have it for MONTHS. Is there any truth about the models made for the U.S. and that their watchmakers are only specialists?
