I've seen it many times, and it bugs me, should be more precise. I think the Omega quartz movement is quite good. But in most pieces I've seen, the second hand doesn't line up with the minute markers. Or it lines up with the major ones (5, 10, 15, etc) and not with the intermediate markers. I've never had a dealer object to swapping it out. Many other, less expensive quartz watches are perfect in this regard.
