There is no way we can condense our years of experience recognizing fakes into a simple set of instructions that you could apply as an infallible test of authenticity.
Post a photo of it so we can see it. That's the only way to be sure.
But I also am not aware of any fakes of the titanium models. They wouldn't use real titanium - that would be too expensive and difficult to make.
