Almost never hear of such problems with OMEGA watches.
Sometimes the watch itself is not a lemon, but instead you may be the victim of side effects of poorly handled repairs. Quite possibly, the watch was misassembled after that first adjustment, creating the subsequent problems.
Make SURE you know exactly who is repairing the watch. People always assume that if they take it in to an OMEGA dealer, then the watch is fixed by OMEGA -- but in truth, many dealers send repairs out to their own preferred shops, not to an actual OMEGA Factory Service Center.
If there is any way you can get your dealer to swap it for a new one, that would be by far your best option!
