A better bracelet!!

OK, I'm not looking to start any wars here, just giving my "honest" opinion.

I would like to see the SMP without the Heilum valve, and a better bracelet.

While the bracelet is nice looking, in all honesty, you see more posts about adjusting the omega bracelet than any other bracelet. Breitling, and Roluse screwed in links which can esaily be removed and added with a cheap jewlers screwdriver; I've also noticed the link pins in the Breitling & Rolex bands are much thicker.

I would also like to see a clasp with micro-adjustment holes, so one could get a truly custom fit instead of having to settle for a band that may have to be a little loose. This would also eliminate the need to fiddle with the 1/2 links.I also have read comments that the rolex clasp is like tin; well, I've never read about a clasp failure on the rolex forum

I've owned all three brands, and while I really like the SMP style, I just think the band could be improved.

I know many of you like the omega bands, but you need a special tool to remove links, and have to be careful you don't hurt the sleeve pins. How many of you have to run back and forth to a jeweler for adjustment?

I know I've rambled a bit, but I just think the design is old, and similar to bands used on lower cost watches, and with the prices of omega's going up, up, up, I think improvements are warranted are long overdue.

Thank you,.....marcb
