I had problems with my Omega SMP, however, after about a week of the watch stopping every four hours, the dealer gave me a new one. I would recommend sending your watch to Bienne ONLY. My dealer called the U.S. authorized service center, the person at the service center was lying about their service center being the only authorized center to fix all U.S. watches from Omega. He them told the Dealer that Bienne did not fix watches sent to the U.S. and that Bienne only fixed vintage omega's, and watches with complicated movements. Total BS. I was in contact with a person from Bienne, the information was sent to me on how to send my watch to them for repair, for free, under warranty. If you want it done right, you may have to take the initiative and send the watch yourself. The dealers, for what ever reason, will fight you to send it to their service center. Look at the other threads, I left the information on one of them. GOOD LUCK!!! I know how frustrating it can be, but once fixed, you will love your watch.
