Hello,
My SMP needs replacement of the bezel insert and the bezel springs, and I have decided that it is best for me to ship it to Bienne to undergo the full servicing. Before I ship it, should I contact Omega or just ship it to them?
Can someone please provide me with the following information:
The address of the repair facility
If I should pay them before shipping it off or after?
My watch is a gray-market watch, but I am willing to pay the full repair costs. Will they refuse my watch if I send it to them?
