There is nothing really else you could tell. But that's why it is best to go through a reputable dealer that is authorized by the manufacturer and gives you a factory warranty. So if any issues do appear later, they can be easiily and properly resolved.

No. But for mechanical watches, the accuracy will CHANGE as the mechanism settles in to your normal wear. So the accuracy cold out of the box is not a useful deciding factor.
