Speedmaster Crystal

Hello,

I sent my Speedmaster Moon to the Swatchgroup for repair. I drop the watch and the crystal broke. Also, the chronograph hand was not at "12" but in a different position. They sent me an estimate and, beside the standard service fee of $360 they want $463 for the crystal. Total is $963.99 Since the crystal is hesalite (acrylic) I did not expect such a high price. Any ideas??
